Hydromatt is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
- Returns and Refund Policy
To return a faulty or damaged product, please contact AMR Hydromatt Pty Ltd by phone or email. We will require your original invoice number, date of purchase and details of fault or damage.
Return shipping charges for faulty products to our address are at your cost and risk. We then cover the cost of return shipping of the replacement back to you (factory pick up excluded).
Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice. It is up to you to first research that a product will be compatible and suitable for your application prior to purchase. Change of mind returns can only be accepted with prior approval from AMR Hydromatt Pty Ltd and provided the product is returned unopened and unused with all original seals and packaging intact, and a claim is made within 3 days of receiving the item. Restocking fees may apply for some items.
